IPO mein apply kaise karein Zerodha, Groww, ya Angel One se — complete step-by-step Hindi guide with ASBA, UPI mandate, aur allotment process.
IPO (Initial Public Offering) mein apply karne ke liye ye cheezein chahiye:
Ye paanch baatein dhyaan mein rakho:
• Demat Account — Zerodha, Groww, Angel One, Upstox, ya koi bhi SEBI-registered broker
• Trading Account — Demat ke saath linked
• UPI ID — Payment ke liye (Google Pay, PhonePe, ya broker ka apna UPI)
• Bank Account — Sufficient balance ke saath (ASBA process ke liye)
• PAN Card — KYC verification ke liye linked
Agar in sabme se koi bhi missing hai, Demat Account Guide padho pehle account open karne ke liye.
Apne broker app mein "IPO" section dhundo. Yahan current open IPOs, upcoming IPOs, aur unki dates dikhengi:
• Open Date — Kab se apply kar sakte ho
• Close Date — Last date apply karne ki (usually 3 din ka window)
• Price Band — Minimum aur maximum price per share
• Lot Size — Minimum shares jo ek lot mein apply karne padte hain
Blindly apply mat karo. Ye check karo:
• Company financials — Revenue, profit, debt (RHP document mein milega)
• Grey Market Premium (GMP) — Unofficial indicator listing gains ka
• Subscription status — Kitna oversubscribed ho raha hai
• Peer comparison — Industry mein competitors kaise perform kar rahe hain
• Objective of issue — Company paisa kis liye raise kar rahi hai
Detailed research ke liye IPO GMP Guide padho.
Zerodha (Kite/Console) Mein:
• Console app kholo → IPO section
• Desired IPO select karo
• Lot size choose karo (1x, 2x, 3x lots)
• Price enter karo (cut-off price recommend kiya jata hai)
• UPI ID enter karo
• Apply pe click karo
Groww Mein:
• Groww app → IPO section
• IPO select karo aur "Apply" pe click karo
• Lots select karo
• UPI ID confirm karo
• Submit karo
Angel One Mein: Similar process — IPO section → select → lots → UPI → apply.
Apply karne ke baad, tumhare UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, ya jo bhi use kiya) pe ek mandate request aayegi. Isse 2-3 din ke andar approve karna zaroori hai — warna application reject ho jayegi.
Important: UPI mandate approve karne ka matlab paisa turant nahi katega. Ye sirf ek "block" hota hai — actual debit sirf allotment hone pe hoga.
ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) system ka matlab hai — tumhare bank account mein paisa block hota hai jab tak allotment na ho:
Ye do baatein dhyaan mein rakho:
• Allotment mila: Paisa debit hoga, shares demat mein aayenge
• Allotment nahi mila: Paisa automatically unblock ho jayega, koi charge nahi
Isliye application ke time bank account mein sufficient balance hona zaroori hai — pura amount hold hota hai application period ke during.
IPO close hone ke baad allotment typically T+3 din mein finalize hota hai (T = closing date). Check karne ke liye:
IPO ke registrar (Link Intime, KFin Technologies, etc.) ki website pe PAN number ya application number daal ke check kar sakte ho.
BSE ki website pe "IPO Allotment Status" section mein PAN aur company name daal ke check karo.
Zerodha, Groww jaise brokers app mein hi allotment status dikha dete hain "IPO" section ke andar.
Agar allotment mila: Shares listing date pe demat account mein credit ho jayenge. Agar allotment nahi mila: Blocked amount 2-3 working days mein unblock ho jata hai.
Reservation Categories:
• Retail Individual Investors (RII): Up to ₹2 lakh investment, 35% shares reserved
• Non-Institutional Investors (NII/HNI): ₹2 lakh se zyada, 15% reserved
• Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB): Institutions, 50% reserved
Retail investor (RII) category mein maximum ₹2 lakh tak apply kar sakte ho ek PAN se.
Ek PAN se sirf ek application allowed hai. Family members ke naam se alag-alag PAN se multiple applications kar sakte ho — lekin har application legitimate honi chahiye (benami applications illegal hain).
Bahut retail investors apply karte hain lekin UPI mandate approve karna bhool jaate hain. Deadline miss hone pe application automatically reject ho jaati hai.
Retail investors ke liye "Cut-off Price" option select karna best hai — isse guarantee milti hai final price pe application valid rahegi, chahe price band ke top pe close ho.
Grey Market Premium unofficial aur unreliable ho sakta hai. Sirf GMP high hai isliye apply karna risky hai — company fundamentals bhi check karo.
Zyada lots apply karne se allotment chance nahi badhta agar heavily oversubscribed hai — lottery system hota hai retail category mein. Ek reasonable lot size choose karo.
IPO closing ke last din bahut traffic hota hai broker apps pe — technical issues ka risk. Pehle 2 din mein hi apply kar dena better hai.
