Mechanism of psychological levels, and their use

The price often stops at straight numbers — at multiples of hundred, thousand, or fifty. There is no magic in it; Behind this is human behavior and order placement.
Log your target and stop on round numbers because it is easier to think. Therefore, it is natural for orders to accumulate at unlevels.
Strikes of options are also at certain levels, hence the positioning of derivatives also gets concentrated there.
These levels are a reference, not a rule:
• It is often a bad idea to place the stop loss check on a round number – that is where the most orders are.
• Placing it slightly higher or lower can avoid the am stop hunt.
• This effect on index is more visible than single stocks.
• These levels are not signals in isolation — they should be viewed in conjunction with the structure.
Round number is a place where there are a lot of logs, so that place is more volatile — not more predictable. Its correct use is to know whether the vehicle will move, not to know in which direction it will move.
